Email Marketing Services Case Study : Bounty

The Mission
Bounty, first established in 1959, is now the UK's number one
parenting club offering advice on getting pregnant, how to enjoy
pregnancy and what happens next! They required an online system
intended to assist mother's-to-be the help organise their time. This
facility would act as a reminder tool helping take the pressure off
what can be a very stressful time. Automatic SMS messages powered by
eNudge would be
sent to members reminding them of important appointments and essential
requirements
Taking the brief on board, we created a database driven website
design that suited both the Bounty and eNudge brands. This free-to-use
website includes customer sign-up and an intricate calendar system
proving automatic voice reminders of upcoming appointments.
Finally, Bounty required a targeted email message to be sent to
current members advertising this new facility and encouraging them to
tell their friends.
The Plan
Brand awareness is essential to Bounty's success and as such all
elements had to reflect their requirements while still ensuring that
the message was clear and concise. Research was undertaken to find
which types of imagery both suited the Bounty guidelines and could
attract mothers to their system.

By considering these factors, we can quickly gain an impression of
how the email should be designed and coded. There is no point
creating an email message for your clients and have it vanish into the
ether unread!
Fortunately, Bounty already had a dedicated email list who were
used to receiving mailers on this type of subject so the message was
being delivered to a captive audience and one who was interested in
making the most of these types of facility.
The Reward
Once we had completed the development of the online facility and
distributed the email message, we were delighted to see
results within a matter of days.
